What we sell
Manhole covers
Recessed trays you fill with blocks, slabs or screed, and galvanised steel inspection covers. Each one ships as a matched frame and lid.
Drain covers and gully grids
Cast iron and PVC grids, round and square, in the 150mm and 175mm sizes most outside gullies use.
Drainage accessories
Channel drain kits with grating, gravel grids that hold loose stone firm, and rat guards for drain pipes.
Why buy from us
An inspection chamber has to be easy to reach. It does not have to be the first thing anyone sees.
Sized for real chambers
The range centres on the 600 x 450mm clear opening most home chambers use.
Galvanised and cast
Hot-dip galvanised steel and cast iron that stand up to weather and traffic. Every rating shown is the maker's own figure.
Frame and lid together
The lid sits flush in its own frame, so it does not rock on an old, worn one.
Straight answers on sizing
Send us your clear-opening size and where the cover sits. A real person tells you which one fits.

A small team, with one very important sleeping member.
Fifi
The French Bulldog
Fifi is the Chief Nap Officer of the Buy Factory Direct network, which Manhole Cover Company belongs to. While the team ships orders from 1 country store, Fifi does what she does best: absolutely nothing. Curled up in a delivery box, snoring through quality control, dreaming of her next nap.
Officially, Fifi holds no responsibilities here. Unofficially, she is the reason we double-check every order. She knocked the keyboard once in 2022 and it took us three days to notice.
